Case Study #1:
Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry Brand
This case study details how we took this Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry Brand from under $1.5 million revenue in 2023, to $3 million year-to-date 2024.
While projected revenue is +$5M by end-of-year, it is also important to note that these results were delivered while simultaneously improving advertising performance, proven by the brand's +5% net margin increase.
The most notable difference is made in net profits, which will more than triple in a little over a year during our tenure.Once Q4 is complete, we will share Top 10 challenges we faced and the solutions we implemented.
Case Study #2:
Kitchen & Dining Brand
The Rise and Fall: A PPC Management Case Study
In this cautionary tale, we will explore the dramatic journey of a Kitchen & Dining Brand between 2020 and 2023. This story powerfully demonstrates how the choice of your PPC management partner can significantly impact your brand's success, or contribute to its decline.
Our team managed this brand's PPC campaigns from 2020 through 2022, during which the business achieved remarkable success. However, what followed in 2023 serves as a stark warning: after changing PPC partners, the brand's annual revenue plummeted from $27 million to $18 million, a $9 million YoY decrease.

Answers to Fuel Your Amazon Success
We that the way to Amazon success is filed with questions. Our goal is to provide clarity and confidence as you consider partnering with Insiders for your Amazon advertising.
Question:
How can I trust that you know what you are talking about, what is your experience?
Answer:
Insiders is named for our team’s collective experience, which spans over 50 years of selling on Amazon, with our CEO at 11 years, CGO at 8, COO at 7, team leaders over 5 years...etc. Understanding seller needs firsthand, we see the big picture, specifically the impact that PPC actions have on your overall business. We use NET PROFIT as our success metric rather than Amazon's ACoS %. As we always tell our account managers & clients alike: "You don't buy coffee with ACoS; you do it with Net Profit!"
BY INSIDERS on September 24, 2024
Question:
What software do you use for managing my account?
Answer:
We are a manually operated agency. We DO NOT use any software for optimizing bids, budgets or negation. This Forbes article perfectly explains why:
"One problem with most AI systems is that even when a system is working, we often have no idea why. And when a system doesn’t work, we can’t identify and correct the problem" -
Therefore we only employ software in gathering data to brainstorm the best decisions for each action on the account.
This will not change until a software that does better than us on the most important metric of all times: Net Profit.

Question:
How many people will work on my account and who are they?
Answer:
While an average agency PPC manager handles 5-10 accounts, I'm sure at Insiders that average is under 1 account per manager.
Four our account only, there is the team-leader and 2 account managers that only I know of. The probable reason is that everything is manually implemented.

Question:
Who handles the work AFTER the onboarding process? Who will I be in contact with?
Answer:
Does this sound familiar? - "I spoke to the person in charge there, very knowledgeable and professional individual, but soon after the onboarding I was handed over to a far less experienced guy with a weird accent that I could barely understand or talk strategy with!".
CEO, CINO and COO actively brainstorms the strategy FOR EVERY ACCOUNT. This guarantees the expertise of our top personnel influences your account’s strategy, rather than its weakest.
You will directly communicate with a dedicated Team Leader with native-level English and with over five years of Amazon selling experience.
Our executive branch remains actively involved in all communications, monitoring communication and implementation, always 1 message away.
BY Insiders SELLER on August 19, 2020
Question:
How will we communicate?
Answer:
Daily communication occurs via Slack with dedicated threads for each subject. They don't just "guarantee a response", but an actual solution within 24 hours.
Also aside from occasional video calls, you get a monthly Zoom call, for which they prepare a report with results per parent ASIN, where you collectively brainstorm specific strategies to implement the upcoming month.

Question:
Who is your ideal client?
Answer:
Our ideal client is a 7-9 figures Amazon seller in the US or Europe looking to:
1. Switch from a software subscription because of the opacity of the process and the lack of situational awareness. Software does not: track your competitor actions, deals, keyword ranks, check for relevancy, protect/rank your main keywords, troubleshoot performance issues...etc. We noticed that +90% of PPC performance issues are actually NOT PPC driven - which is where experienced humans come in to brainstorm and curate personalized solutions.
2. Interact with real experienced professionals asap when there is an issue, which is why as soon as we onboard your brand, you have constant access to our team for: troubleshooting, brainstorming actions using cumulative expertise, implement/reverse strategies on the spot...etc; instead of just emailing a support address and hoping someone answers in a few days, to only receive a "we'll look into it" email template, because most times they honestly do not know what part of their code is causing the problems.
3. Delegate PPC management for saving time that is better invested on growing the business.
4. Take advantage of the fact that we, as an established agency, have access to much more experience and data that enables us to see patters used to proactively protect or take advantage of market swings.
5. Collaborate with a boutique agency that values quality over quantity. Having multiple account managers and a team-leader dedicated to their own account. This is why we are serving a constantly limited number of 7 to 9-figure sellers and only onboard ~15% of applicants.
BY Insiders SELLER on October 27, 2018
Question:
Why do you only onboard ~15% of applicants?
Answer:
1 - Account revenue is too small, typically under <$500k/year. The reason is that we will not be able to strike a win-win deal, as our A-type account managers do not come cheap, and we need a lot of them due to our manual approach.
2 - Product/brand is too young or not launched yet. (for that we provide consulting)
3 - We don't save businesses that are in the red.
4 - We don't represent conflicting products targeting the same root keywords, because of the obvious conflict of interest.
5 - Post-audit we do not see the opportunity to make real difference in performance or net profits for the brand. Typical reasons: very low CVR, unfeasible CPCs, low niche volume...etc.
6 - Hybrid management - Insiders and your internal team or a 3rd party working on the same products together. We believe that responsibility and authority go hand in hand.
7 - Difference in values - Our values are: honesty, transparency, excellence, open communication, equitability.
